Deviations
Midpilot flags both: TQs where the pack is unclear, and deviations where you cannot meet the ITT as written. They sit on the same row, so an answer that closes a question can close the deviation in the same pass — and both are ready to send to the owner.
Input
The extracted requirements, plus the conflicts, gaps, and unmet rows that need a buyer call.
Deliverable
TQs and deviations drafted to send, kept current as answers and amendments arrive.
Where we stop
We flag and draft. You decide what is sent, and you send it.

Question Please confirm whether REI 120 in Vol. 2 §6.1 governs, or whether the REI 90 arrangement on datasheet p.4 is acceptable for the converter hall. Why it was flagged The Employer's Requirements set converter-hall fire barriers at REI 120. The converter-plant datasheet, issued in the same zip, shows a typical hall at REI 90. Estimators cannot price one wall build-up until a source is named as governing. Source 02_Employer_Requirements.pdf · §6.1 Tied to — the question and the deviation travel together. | |||

TQ / clarification
The pack conflicts, is silent, or names a document that never arrived. The question is drafted so commercial can send it.
Deviation
You cannot meet the row as written. ITT Requires sits next to We Propose Instead, ready for the form that goes back to the owner.
Same row, both
Ask whether the ITT really means it. If it does, the deviation is already on the list. One requirement, two outbound items, not two spreadsheets.
Answered
A bulletin or amendment closes the TQ. The linked deviation is withdrawn or kept. The trail stays so nobody reopens a settled point.
